Community Leadership

Throughout his professional career, Mauricio has built a track record of community involvement and supporter of the arts. He has over 12 years of Board Member, Trustee experience with some of the most prominent not-for-for-profit organizations in the Puget Sound Area: 
 

• Seattle Symphony Orchestra: Board of Director/Trustee (2018 – present)

• Northwest FolkLife Festival: Board Member, Trustee, (2014 – 2016)

• Seattle Humane Society: Board Member, Trustee (2009 – 2011) 

• Seattle Symphony Orchestra: Board of Director/Trustee (2002 – 2007): Chairman, Education Committee, member Artistic Committee that defines programming for upcoming seasons, and member of the Multi-year Planning committee defining the future roadmap for the symphony.
